Scallops with Samphire
♦ Rinse the samphire with clear water, 2-3 times. 
♦ Flour and fry the scallops in a pan.
♦ Deglaze the pan with the white wine.
♦ Add some cream and lemon juice, then leave it to cook on low heat.
♦ Add the samphire. 
♦ Serve on warm plate.
