Samphire salad with mussels and apples
For 4 persons : 500g of Samphire. 

♦ Rinse the samphire with clear water, 2-3 times. 
♦ Steam them with 100g of mussels for 2 minutes. 
♦ Place them in a plate to cool down.
♦ Peel 2 apples and slice them into strips.
♦ Season to taste with a vinaigrette, carrots, tomatoes, etc.
