Tart with Lobster Soup
For 6 persons: 
- 1 onion 
- 1 can of tuna
- ½ jar of lobster soup
- 1 short crust pastry 
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper 
- 1 tablespoon of oil 
 

♦ In a saucepan, brown the diced onion. 
♦ When lightly browned, add the tuna, drained and flaked.
♦ Stir on low heat then add the lobster soup. 
♦ Stir and season with salt and pepper. 
♦ After few minutes remove from heat, break the egg and add it. Stir without cooking the egg.
♦ Put back on low heat for 5 min.
♦ Spread the short crust pastry in a pie plate, pour the mixture and place in oven for 30 min, thermostat 8 (240°C/464°F).
